Job summary

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking a composed hospitality professional to take command of room inventory and arrivals for leisure travelers, VIPs, and groups. The role focuses on inventory control, guest communications, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth check-ins and thoughtful service.

You will work with Springer Miller and Zingle, balancing occupancy, managing ready rooms, and supporting frontline teams during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Hospitality experience encouraged.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident with moderately complex computer systems and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and block group and leisure reservations in Springer Miller to support guest preferences and arrival strategy.
• Own available room inventory, including VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on rooms-not-ready and high-occupancy periods.
• Maintain housekeeping queue and prioritize room releases based on guest order and VIP status.
• Communicate room readiness to guests via Zingle and keep templates current.
• Create daily operations reports for Front Desk and Bell Desk.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Oversee third-party accounting and reconciliation billing with accuracy.
