Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Allocation & Planning Manager for a Benchmark property in Westlake, Texas. The role coordinates guest room allocations across a multi-building conference center to support learning programs, guest needs, and campus operations.

You will lead a small team, forecast demand, and translate data into actionable accommodation plans, partnering with Event Management and other operations to optimize room utilization.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience required.
• 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of coordinators including hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, scheduling and time approval.
• Develop guest room allocation strategies aligned with learning and meeting programs, guest needs, room inventory and building capacity.
• Forecast room-night demand by analyzing program schedules and arrival/departure patterns to anticipate allocation conflicts.
• Collaborate with Event Management, Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and other teams to validate and execute allocation plans.
