Department Overview:

DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is a 164 room property with a state of the art fitness center and ample on-site parking. A complimentary shuttle is provided to Guests daily from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM and our on-property restaurant, Bistro525, is a delicious and convenient stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Anticipated Start Date: 4/28/25

Anticipated Hours Per Week: 16-24

Schedule: Now hiring part-time Team Members to work two shifts per week (or more if desired). Shifts are scheduled for nights and weekends; typically starting at 4:00 PM and ending at 11:30 PM.

Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $12.00 to $25.00

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests
• Have knowledge of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their presentations
• Offer menu suggestions, answer guest dietary questions, and take food/drink orders
• Learn and retain a large alcohol selection, Starbucks beverages and food menu to be able to suggestively sell to guests
• Work as a team with staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

We are looking to hire bartenders with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Along with experience, well qualified candidates will be friendly and outgoing while striving to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience while dining with us.

Physical Demands:

Standing/walking restaurant and bar for 7-8 hours, lifting/pouring bottles of alcohol, restocking cases of beer and other bar items as needed.
