Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules. Shifts may vary: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm or 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet guests; take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up to assist with additional needs.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate requests; knowledge of diets and allergens.
• Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills; remain flexible and patient.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Address complaints promptly; relay issues to supervisor.
• Set up and clean dining areas; meet sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
• Assist during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
