Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Room Service Attendant to deliver food to guest rooms, greet guests, describe menu items with care, and ensure quality service. You will assist with set-up and breakdown of room service areas and use mobile devices to manage orders.

The role requires a high school education and at least 1 year in food service. English proficiency and a team‑oriented mindset are essential, with opportunities for growth in a luxury, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Minimum of 1 year in food service or related work preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guest rooms, check orders, and transport items promptly to ensure quality.
• Greet guests, describe items with vivid details, and offer tray removal options.
• Breakdown and set-up of room service tables and stations, using mobile tech for orders.
• Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and respond to requests.
• Close guest checks accurately, secure room numbers and signatures, and settle voided or complimentary meals.
• Follow Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and work harmoniously with team.
