About the role

TheRoomService Serverprovides exceptional quality and service toguests dining in-room. In this role, you will be tasked with serving food andbeveragesexactly as ordered,anticipatingthe guests’ needs and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Do

1. Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroomin a timely mannerto ensure proper food quality.

2. Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions ofeachitem’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.

3. Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.

4.Anticipateguest needs,ascertainsatisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

1. Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

What You Bring

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of oneyearexperience in upscale food service. Must have the ability to carry and balance a tray, as well as speak English comfortably with guests.Must be a problem-solver and have the ability to work with a team.
