Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead a section of the Housekeeping staff, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet exact standards.

You will train and supervise team members, inspect work, schedule daily tasks, manage supplies, and uphold our luxury service expectations in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of luxury-hotel housekeeping experience and English proficiency; full-time, on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to three years previous experience in luxury hotel environment within housekeeping department.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and coach all Housekeeping employees.
• Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of a specific hotel area.
• Schedule daily work and monitor progress of Room Attendants.
• Coordinate work orders and ensure completion; release checkout rooms.

About The Role

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exact standards.

What You Will Do

• Train, supervise and coach all Housekeeping employees.
• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
• Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
• Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas. Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress. Inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, brings employee back to room to correct the deficiency. Coordinates work orders in assigned section. Follows up to be sure work is completed. Releases checkout rooms to be sold.
• Monitors the performance of House Attendants. Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors. Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.

What You Bring

• Two to three years previous experience in luxury hotel environment within housekeeping department.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time position.
• Flexible schedule expected as shifts could include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
