Job summary

DoubleTree Charlotte is seeking a Room Service Server to provide prompt, courteous in-room dining and create a memorable guest experience during evening shifts. You will deliver meals with attention to detail, etiquette, and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include answering the room service phone within three rings, taking accurate orders, relaying to kitchen or bar, and delivering to rooms while maintaining sanitation standards.
