Job summary

The Room Service Server at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Charlotte SouthPark will enhance guest experiences by delivering in-room dining with prompt, courteous service and attention to presentation.

Responsibilities include answering phones within three rings, relaying orders to the kitchen, delivering meals to guest rooms, replenishing service items, and completing side work as needed. A High School Diploma and a background check are required; hospitality experience is preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food and beverage service preferred.

• Arrange meals on trays with attention to presentation, sanitation, and timeliness.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms with professional etiquette and service standards.
• Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes at the room service station.
• Collect trays from guest rooms and hallways promptly, assisting guests with item removal as needed.
• Complete side work assigned by management to support smooth department operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future

• Answer the room service phone within three rings, provide menu information, and take guest orders accurately.
