Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to learn menus, table numbers, seat positions, and service standards.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service staff.
• Verify table numbers, seat numbers, and items before delivering from the kitchen.
• Deliver meals promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens.
• Ensure condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Follow food-safety requirements during transport and service.
