Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food Runner for our Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico property in Rio Grande. You will act as the essential link between kitchen and service teams, delivering food accurately, promptly, and safely while upholding presentation standards.

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant experience, strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel setting.

Competenze

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to learn menus, table numbers, seat positions, and service standards.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Verify table number, seat number, and modifications before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens.
• Do not guess on allergy questions; seek assistance if needed.
• Inspect plates for presentation or accuracy before delivery.
• Keep expo and food-running areas clean and organized.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, water service, and other service functions as needed.
• Follow food-safety requirements when transporting and handling food.
• Support all designated Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
