Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our guest-focused team. You will bridge culinary and service teams, delivering food promptly, accurately, and safely while upholding presentation standards.

You will maintain menu knowledge, verify orders, assist with service tasks, and support other outlets as needed. Previous restaurant experience and a strong sense of urgency are preferred; training is provided to help you grow

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to learn menus, table numbers, seat positions, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure required condiments, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens.
• Follow food-safety requirements when transporting and handling food.
