Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Room Service Runner at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will take guest orders over the phone, deliver meals to rooms, and maintain accuracy and timely service in a bustling resort environment.

We value hospitality mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while upholding safety and brand standards. Previous restaurant exposure is preferred; training provided; opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Verify table number, seat number, menu item, modifications, and accompaniments before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure required condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens sufficient to safely perform the role.
• Never guess when asked an allergy or ingredient question; obtain assistance from the appropriate colleague.
• Inspect plates for obvious presentation or accuracy issues before delivery.
• Immediately communicate missing, incorrect, delayed, or compromised items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and food-running areas.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, water service, and other service functions when operationally necessary.
• Follow food-safety requirements when transporting and handling food.
• Support all designated Food & Beverage outlets as assigned based on business needs.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Runner to join our team! Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms. They are responsible for ensuring accurate food orders as well as timely delivery.
