The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY is seeking a Room Service Operator to join our team. You will take room service orders, assist guests with menu selections, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining cleanliness and professional conduct.

The role requires courteous phone skills, strong customer service, and the ability to log orders and process payments. Previous experience is a plus; a HS diploma is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take room service orders over the phone.

• Follow safety policies and wear a professional uniform.
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds.
