The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead event service and ensure seamless guest experiences. This role requires coordinating with the Banquet Manager, Supervisors, and event staff, overseeing setup, timing, and communication across kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Previous Banquet Captain experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to all property standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Banquet Manager to plan events and relay clear instructions to staff.
• Ensure proper setup, food service timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee table settings, service equipment, and sanitation for events.
• Maintain communication with kitchen and service teams to reflect BEO details.
• Lead event staff, conduct trainings, and handle on-shift assignments.
