Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, CA seeks a warm, detail‑oriented Room Service Delivery Attendant to create exceptional in‑room dining experiences by delivering meals with precision and care.

You will work with kitchen and bar teams, greet guests, and maintain high presentation standards while complying with safety guidelines; flexible schedules and weekend availability preferred; veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts, or in‑room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests warmly and explain orders professionally.
• Ensure orders meet hotel presentation standards and address concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas; restock supplies.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Regular attendance as per standards.
• May work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
