Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a Room Service Attendant to deliver food and amenities to guest rooms and to set up in-room dining areas with precision. You will greet guests, explain orders, and maintain presentation standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Knowledge of quality food service, ability to lift 35+ pounds, and strong communication are essential. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required, with comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely prep and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas.

• Regular attendance and variable shifts as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to questions with professionalism.
• Ensure orders meet hotel presentation standards and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas; clear used trays and restock supplies.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to uphold safety standards.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:
