Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a Room Service Delivery Attendant to provide exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with precision and warmth.

Responsibilities include setup at shift start, accurate order delivery, and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation. Candidates should be able to lift heavy trays, multitask, and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service operation preferred.

As a Room Service Delivery Attendant you will ensure an outstanding in‑room dining experience by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately. This role involves setting up trays or tables with precision and responding to guest requests with professionalism and warmth. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, the Room Service Delivery Attendant contributes to creating memorable and enjoyable stays for every guest.

Who You Are:

Clearly able to communicate ideas and information for all audiences both in writing and verbally. Service‑oriented with an authentic attitude and approach to guest service. Effective at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations, and timely guest service. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete setup and preparation tasks at the start of each shift.
• Deliver guest amenities, food, and beverages promptly to guest rooms.
• Ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and meet hotel presentation standards.
• Set up trays, carts, or in‑room dining tables as requested by the guest.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to any questions.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their orders and promptly address any issues.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report feedback or concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain room service areas, clear used trays, and restock supplies.
• Follow hotel policies for food handling and ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

The wage for this position is $16.90.
