Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an in-room dining Attendant to service guests according to department policies and steps of service. You will answer calls, record orders in the POS, and actively up-sell menu items while providing information about food, beverages, and casino amenities.

Responsibilities also include handling guest transactions, assisting other team members, coordinating with Front Desk and Housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service.
• Previous guest service experience.
• POS tendering knowledge.
