Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a hotel room attendant to maintain clean, safe rooms for guests. You will clean bathrooms and rooms, restock supplies, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across shifts.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We offer benefits and opportunities within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Willing to pitch in and help co-workers as a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Strip beds and change linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout the room and empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve and restock heavy cart.
• Flexible schedule required; AM/PM/Weekend/Holiday availability.
