Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Room Service Attendant to set up, deliver, and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guests' rooms and hospitality suites while upholding Crescent's standards. You will work closely with guests and hotel teams; must communicate in English, maintain a professional appearance, and be prepared to lift heavy trays and assist coworkers as needed.

This is a frontline role focused on guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy trays up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and suites.
• Retrieve trays and conduct floor sweeps to maintain sanitation.
• Prepare VIP amenities and service hospitality suites.
• Serve hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders.
• Complete shift side-work as per hotel policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experience.
• Handle cash according to company policies.
• Report attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
