Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts, located at The Stoneleigh in Dallas, seeks a Room Service team member to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a landmark Autograph Collection hotel. You will set up and deliver food and beverage orders, deliver VIP amenities, and service hospitality suites according to established policies.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver food and beverage orders per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service suites per Banquet Orders.
• Complete shift side work as per operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experience.
