What You'll Do
- Answer patient meal ordering calls and assist patients with menu selections.
- Verify diet restrictions, food allergies, and meal eligibility requirements.
- Accurately enter meal orders into dietary management systems.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, hospitality, and clinical team members to ensure meal accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives by responding promptly to patient requests and concerns.
- Assist with resolving meal service issues and implementing service recovery efforts when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient meal service activities.
- Support room service operations by coordinating meal requests, snacks, and special nutrition needs.
- Promote exceptional customer service through every patient interaction.
