Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital South, L.L.C. in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Full Time Room Service Ambassador for the 11am–7:30pm shift.

You will instruct patients on the Room Service meal ordering system, assess their ability to use it, and help place orders as needed. Responsibilities include presenting the Room Service Program, delivering and retrieving trays, completing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely meals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with patients and hospital staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality or hospital dietary office settings preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit preferred.

Responsibilities

Must possess reasoning, organizational, and time management skills. Have strong oral and written skills, the ability to work well with others, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Presents SFHS Room Service Program to patients. Delivers and retrieves room service trays. Completes appropriate Room Service reports. Conducts patient intake studies as necessary. Resolves issues that may affect the delivery of patient meals.
