Visitation Hotel Frederick, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, invites applications for a Room Attendant. You will clean guest rooms to established standards, greet guests warmly, and maintain a pristine, welcoming environment throughout shifts. Candidates should have a High School diploma and prior housekeeping experience or training.

English communication is required. Work hours vary, with potential weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction and departmental scores.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
