Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience or relevant training and must communicate in English. The role may include varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards while performing duties.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve service.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
