Embassy Suites Rosemont is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to provide excellent service to hotel guests in a busy hospitality environment. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring guest rooms are welcoming and well-stocked.

Requirements include prior hotel or cleaning experience preferred, ability to lift 30 pounds, and maintaining full uniform. The role offers an hourly rate with benefits and opportunities for growth within the hotel group.

Responsabilités

• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo).
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services).
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy in accordance to the Hilton Standards by the end of the shift.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.

Requirements

The Room Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms for 16 hotel guest rooms daily. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean, and always inviting. This position is a great way to kickstart your career in hospitality.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Full-time position. Flexible schedule to include weekends

Hourly Rate: $23.91
