Job summary

Embassy Suites Rosemont is hiring a Room Attendant to provide friendly guest service in our hotel. You will clean and prepare 16 guest rooms per shift, restock supplies, and maintain the Hilton standard of cleanliness.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, prior cleaning/hotel experience preferred, and the ability to lift 30 pounds. Work includes weekends with full-time hours and an hourly rate of $23.91.

Requirements

The Room Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms for 16 hotel guest rooms daily. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean, and always inviting. This position is a great way to kickstart your career in hospitality.

• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy in accordance to the Hilton Standards by the end of the shift.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be in full uniform every shift.
• Customer service attitude.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position. Flexible schedule to include weekends

Hourly Rate: $23.91
