Highgate Hotels in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guestrooms while delivering attentive and courteous service to all guests. This hourly position supports daily housekeeping operations in a Residence Inn Ohare/Rosemont setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues to Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
