Overview

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms in their assigned area to ensure the rooms are ready for guest arrival.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clean guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and other cleaning procedures
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and guest safety
• Check rooms and note repair needs prior to releasing room for occupancy (do not release deficient rooms)
