Overview

As a Valet/Bellman Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas.
  • Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles.
  • Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles.
  • Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage.
  • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff.
  • Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; report any damages or issues promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
