Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other amenities.
• Inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good condition and reporting maintenance issues.
• Maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
• Following safety standards and proper cleaning procedures.
• Providing courteous service and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Handling laundry services, including washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
• Monitoring inventory levels of supplies and amenities, ensuring timely restocking.
• Preparing rooms for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong guest engagement and teamwork skills
