Job Description

Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper

General Purpose: Cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction and property appearance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing cleaning supplies and equipment.
2. Cleaning windows, doors, walls, fixtures, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness.
3. Using ladders or stools for hard-to-reach areas.
4. Cleaning bathrooms and replacing amenities.
5. Restocking and maintaining cleanliness of linen and guest supplies.
6. Vacuuming and dusting all areas.
7. Inspecting locks and room equipment for safety and functionality.
8. Securing equipment and supplies.
9. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
10. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Flexible hours availability.
• Responsible, dependable, punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Professional appearance.
• Background check clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maneuver a loaded cart and lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and kneel regularly.
• Frequent bending and floor work.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred but not required.
