Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in construction, roofing, electrical, or solar installation preferred.
• Ability to work at heights (rooftops) and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems according to engineering plans.
• Assemble and secure racking systems, solar panels, and mounting hardware.
• Assist with inverter installation, wiring, and system connections under supervision.
• Ensure installations meet NEC and local requirements and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Inspect installations and assist with testing and commissioning.
