Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises is seeking a hands-on Solar Installer to safely install residential and small commercial PV systems. You will mount panels, assemble components, and ensure installations follow design specs, electrical codes, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are comfortable outdoors, able to work at heights, lift 50 lbs, and have a basic toolset. Experience in construction or roofing is a plus, with OSHA 10/30 and NABCEP preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in: Construction, roofing, electrical, or solar installation (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work at heights (rooftops, ladders) and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems according to engineering plans.
• Assemble and secure racking systems, solar panels, and mounting hardware.
• Assist with inverter installation, wiring, and system connections under supervision.
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
