Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome in Texas is seeking an entry‑level Residential Roof Installer to assemble, install, and maintain solar PV systems on roofs or structures. You will read blueprints, measure and fit components, and ensure safety for yourself and the team while delivering high‑quality solar installations.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work on rooftops in demanding conditions, and physical endurance to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver’s license required.
• Roofing and/or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work on roofs in a physically demanding role.
• Strong balance and coordination.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in extreme conditions.
• Work on rooftops with varying angles and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Meet on the job site at the agreed arrival time.
• Interpret blueprints and electrical information for the assembly of Solar arrays.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, other team members, and the customer at all times.
• Transport, assemble, and install solar equipment on the job site with close attention to job quality and safety.
• Remove debris and discarded material from the job site.
• Other duties as assigned.
