Recess Hotels is seeking a hospitality-driven Server for Kilter Rooftop at our Savannah property. You will provide warm, personalized service to hotel guests and club members, while building knowledge of the menu and beverage program.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; upscale restaurant, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to hotel guests and club members throughout their dining experience.
• Develop knowledge of Kilter's menu, beverage program, and seasonal offerings.
• Guide guests through menu selections and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Enter orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages following service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, culinary team, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
