You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, escort guests to their tables, and assist with operational tasks to ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in host/restaurant/hotel/hclub hospitality preferred.
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating.
• Escort guests and provide venue and menu information.
• Maintain knowledge of table availability and service flow.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer phones and handle reservation requests.
• Support rooftop events and guest programming as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness at the host stand and guest areas.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador for the hotel and club.
