Recess Hotel & Club Savannah is seeking dependable Barbacks for Kilter Rooftop, designed for hotel guests and club members. You will support bartenders, stock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and help with inventory and service during peak periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock bar with beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Keep bar and storage areas clean and organized.
• Replenish garnishes, syrups, and ingredients during service.
• Assist with inventory deliveries and stock organization.
• Wash glassware and bar tools while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Support opening, closing and side work duties.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service rules.
