Job summary

SRS Building Products - Simi Valley is seeking a physically capable team member to load, unload, transport, and position roofing materials on rooftops for residential and commercial sites. You will follow OSHA guidelines, operate equipment when trained, and collaborate with drivers to ensure efficient material flow.

Position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday with potential overtime, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and team members to optimize loading/unloading.
