Job summary

SRS Building Products - Tacoma is seeking a physically capable individual to load, unload, transport and position materials on rooftops of residential and commercial sites. You will follow safety standards, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate order handling.

Role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and occasional overtime based on delivery schedules and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug test.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained) to move materials from trucks to rooftops.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team.
