Job summary

SRS Building Products - Vancouver, WA is seeking a physically capable Rooftop Loader/Unloader to support roof material delivery and installation teams. You will load materials from trucks, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with drivers to keep operations smooth and efficient.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, working outdoors on rooftops, and strong English communication; Spanish is a plus. Overtime may be available during busy periods, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks, along with a pre-employment drug test.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Facilitate safe distribution of materials onto roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained to transport materials from trucks to rooftops.
• Accurately verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and team members to optimize loading/unloading processes.
