Job summary

SRS Building Products - Plymouth is seeking a dedicated loader/unloader to move roofing materials to rooftops and from trucks while upholding safety and service standards. The role involves coordinating with drivers and team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading on residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities include following OSHA guidelines, operating (where trained) conveyor systems, and accurately reconciling orders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained and certified) to transport materials from trucks to rooftops.
• Accurately verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and other team members.
