Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks, along with a pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Safety awareness with knowledge of OSHA guidelines; proper use of PPE.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs as per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems to transport materials from trucks to rooftops (where trained).
• Accurately verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
• Coordinate with drivers and team members to optimize loading/unloading.
