Job summary

SRS Building Products - St George in Utah is seeking a hardworking loader/unloader to handle roofing materials at residential and commercial rooftops. You will load, unload, transport, and position materials while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, coordinating with drivers, and following OSHA guidelines. High school diploma is required; forklift certification is preferred. Monday–Friday with potential overtime based on schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and pre-employment drug tests.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Safety awareness with knowledge of OSHA guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified to transport materials to rooftops.
• Accurately verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and team members to optimize loading/unloading processes.
