Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a commercial HVAC technician to perform rooftop service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision. You will diagnose system issues, service boilers and air conditioning units, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, operating HVAC tools, and delivering excellent service while maintaining safety standards. Training and career growth are available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC experience and NATE certification preferred.
• Must possess valid licensing/certification as required by local laws for the work area.
• Experience servicing commercial (rooftop) HVAC, boilers, ventilation, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial rooftop service and maintenance calls under supervision, following safety protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, boilers, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and communicate status to dispatch.
• Promote products and services and assist with replacement sales leads.
