Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled commercial HVAC technician to diagnose and service rooftop units, boilers, ventilation, and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely problem resolution across customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HVAC experience, holds relevant certification, and can read wiring diagrams. On-call availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years in HVAC with technical training/certification.
Excellent ability to service commercial rooftop HVAC, boilers, ventilation, and related equipment.
Strong reading of wiring diagrams and electrical troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and service work on commercial rooftop HVAC equipment.
Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Carry out maintenance, replacements, and part delivery for service calls.
Document all required information accurately using handheld device.
