Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on commercial rooftop systems, boilers, and related equipment. You will diagnose problems, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include using a handheld device to log work, coordinating with dispatch, and pursuing replacement leads while upholding professional standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 4+ years’ experience.
• Must have all required licensing or certifications as per local laws.
• Skilled at servicing commercial rooftop HVAC, boilers, ventilation, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on commercial rooftop HVAC equipment.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems.
• Maintain safe, professional interactions with customers and dispatch.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Carry out routine maintenance and component replacement as needed.
• Deliver parts and equipment and record service details via handheld device.
• Promote products and services to customers and log leads.
