Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead all Food & Beverage operations for The Tesserae Rooftop in Buckhead, Atlanta. You will oversee Tesserae, Rooftop Pool, Lounge, and In Room Dining, ensuring exceptional guest service, product quality and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in F&B management, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and guest experiences in a branded luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in food and beverage operations, including management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Tesserae, Rooftop Pool, Lounge Service, and In Room Dining.
• Direct restaurant operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and forecasting.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent for the restaurant team.
• Lead promotions, events, social media, and service standards.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance.
• Develop weekly/monthly forecasts and monitor department profitability.
• Analyze daily activity to optimize performance and drive efficiencies.
• Drive up-selling to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
