QXO in New York is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse/Delivery Associate to safely unload building products and shingles from rooftops, verify orders, and assist with delivery operations.

You will work a 6:30 a.m. start with potential overtime and weekend shifts, follow safety protocols, and wear PPE. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; benefits include 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, PTO, paid training, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Access to 1- and 2-story rooftops to stage materials.
• Must be comfortable working at heights with PPE.
• Ability to lift and move heavy building products.
• Willingness to OT and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday.
• Start time 6:30am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Access 1- and 2-story rooftops to stage materials at delivery locations. Occasionally 3 story buildings
• Must be comfortable working at heights; required safety equipment and fall protection are provided.
• Support warehouse operations during slow periods as needed.
• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to branch location
